How long does an order take?
Standard online orders typically need 3–5 business days after artwork approval. Rush, bulk and festive projects may need more time.
Can you manage corporate or recurring orders?
Yes. Arteka supports client gifts, employee appreciation, event kits and repeat seasonal programmes with organised quotes and order records.
Do you ship outside Malaysia?
Malaysia is our home market. International enquiries are welcome, and shipping feasibility is confirmed project by project.
